Flipped Learning and Communicative Competence: An Experimental Study of English Learners

Notwithstanding the fact that extensive studies have highlighted positive impact of flipped learning on developing learners’ skills, literature has still been silent its effect Indonesian English communicative competence. To address this issue, experimental study sheds some light significant method A total 40 learners a university in Indonesia were grouped into and non-flipped classrooms. Through learning, course materials delivered by means Google classroom platform prior to class, activities mostly allocated for practices. obtain data, employed Discourse Completion Task (DCT) Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) questionnaire. Drawing paired sample t-test descriptive statistics, results depicted there was difference between pre-test post-test scores DCTs group, it significantly outperformed group.
